I'm not seeing anything abnormal either. Is there any pattern to the missing volumes? All on a certain LCU or LCUs? Certain vol-ser patterns? Do you still have the missing volumes if you switch back to an SMS view instead of a physical view? You said in your original post that you are seeing SMS, is that as "I only see SMS managed disk and no non-SMS disk."?
