There isn't a 'valid' upgrade path from a z13s to z15 T01 or T02 (BTW: there isn't one from z15 T01 to T02 either!!). However, there may be 'other' options. Remember, an 'upgrade' normally means keeping the same serial number. This may be necessary for legal/financial reasons.
Other options (if available, migration offering i.e. z13s to z14 ZR1 to z15 T01) may be possible. Best talk to your IBM or BP salesperson.
