I would suspect the HMC user logging is still available since the first CMOS processor I've managed, we had an operator get fired because he IPL'd 2 production LPARS when only one was schedule to be IPL'd - we found this in the HMC TASK/LOG, if you found nothing I suspect logging is not turned on? or there's another log you need to check. let me check my HMC log Carmen Vitullo
