Hi everyone,

My IBMLINK ASAP list has been broken since around the beginning of 2021.  I 
don't
know for sure if that it started right at the beginning of the year but it was 
close
to that time. 

All the APARs are in random order so when I get my ASAP notification email
it is hard to find the APARs to get details.   My settings are for 
"notification date"
"display order - 1" and "sort order -1".  I've tried changing it to sort by
APAR also and also tried changing the order.  Really no matter what I 
change it is ignored and the ASAP list is in random date order and
column order being APAR, notification type, PE PTF or APAR, Notify Date,
product, product description.

I've tried different browsers with no change in behavior.  

I've used Feedback 2 or maybe 3 times even by now and get an SR type
number, but never any response.   There is no way to look up the status
of the case that I know of like a normal IBM case.  

Does anyone else have this problem or is it only me??
