the last pace I worked had the entire CONTROL- suite of tools, so I
cannot comment on using just control-m.
in our installation from what I recall, the tool uses an ISPF dialog to
install / maintain and configure the tool.
I had the occasion to modify some CONTROL-O and CONTROL-T options and I
found it easy to use for site configuration.
