I have never found such list.
Notes:
FMID can belong to many programs.
PID is not unique.
My way is to create rich set of programs, PIDs, FMID. Sources are:
contract, Shopz, SMP/E. Quite boring and laborious, but useful. Of
course such cross-ref is narrowed to your shop, but why to care about
details of the product you don't have?
