I usually see, for me Top-Secret errors in the IZUSVR1 log but yes, /global/zosmf/data/logs/zosmfServer/logs shows the SAF calls, also make sure you have the plugin defined in the IZUPRM00 member PLUGINS(COMMSERVER_CFG,WORKLOAD_MGMT,RESOURCE_MON,CAPACITY_PROV,SOFTWARE_MGMT,ISPF)
