Hi, I am using DFSORT to process DCOLLECT Data Records. I am trying to format a output record with the dataset name, volser, allocated space, creation date and last ref date. On the DCOLLECT Data Record, the allocated space is on a binary format and the date fields are all on packed decimal. I would like those to be reformatted to a character format as I want it to be readable. So far I have been reading the manual and have been on a trial and error process, with a lot of tries and a lot of errors. As this must be a simple thing to do, I must be doing it all wrong.
