I did with my old ISP this was a normal issue, now I use only gmail and no issues so far

I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too long.

I have not changed my email setup, and it works sometimes, so I don't think the 
problem is on my PC. I use a very small, local, non-profit ISP and I suspect 
there is some problem on their end, but they don't see it. I am not getting 
this problem with any other email destination.

Is anyone else having this problem? If you can't reply to the list, reply to me
