I get the understanding that it and the current release of z/VSE from IBM are effectively the same (kinda like OS/390 V2.10 and z/OS 1.1 -- assuming my memory is correct on the last release of OS/390):

"/Wayne, PA., March 25, 2022 / —21^st Century Software today announced its first version of the VSE operating system (OS)—which enters the market under the name: *VSE^n V6.3 *with planned availability for May 17, 2022. VSE^n is designed to offer non-disruptive compatibility with previous versions of IBM z/VSE (which serves as the basis for VSE^n V6.3), leveraging the source code license agreement the company completed on June 1, 2021. VSE^n V6.3 also addresses fixes and functionality that had been applied to IBM z/VSE 6.2 through March 2022, along with the newest releases of the TCP/IP stacks and installation enhancements."

"VSE^n has been designed to interoperate with current versions of those IBM z/VSE middleware stack products not yet included in the table above, as well as other ISV VSE products, so customers can move to VSE^n and leverage their investments right away."

And they have made mention that they have support coming for the z16s.

"... will continue to work closely with IBM to ensure alignment with current and future strategies. For example, 21^st Century Software intends to provide:

 * Support for new generations of IBM Z hardware
 * Enablement for VSE^n also as a public cloud offering,
aligning with customer needs and IBM’s evolving hybrid cloud
   strategy"

However, if you need the hard specifics, i...@21csw.com is listed as the global contact email.

I'm looking for technical information about VSEn 6.3, precisely hardware requirements like max. memory supported, max. CPs supported/used, etc.

Note: VSEn 6.3 is new incarnation of zVSE, but now it is produced by 21st Century Software.
