Are you saying that while BROWSE can handle files too large to fit in memory 
but some files
are so large that IBM BROWSE can't handle them, yet CA FileMaster can?

ISTR there's a profile option that defines BROWSE as a synonym for VIEW.  But 
you'd
see a visible difference.

For zFS files there's OEDIT and, recently,  OVIEW, but no OBROWSE.  The obvious 
reason
for lack of OBROWSE is developer indolence.
