I'm trying to figure out some of the finer details for JZOS' type 121 SMF records.
For instance, field SMF121JRS_STRTTME contains the JVM startup time. The doc says it uses method java.lang.management.RuntimeMXBean::getStartTime() which returns the time in milliseconds. Does anyone know if JZOS formats that time as GMT or local time? Also, is there a listserv group specific to z/OS JVM or USS issues? Thanks.
