I don't know this for a fact nor I have ever tried it but the TCPIP profile parameter GLOBALTCPIPDATA can be used to point to a file where your TCP.DATA parameters are.
I don't know what would happen if you coded that parameter in your existing PROFILE and did an OBEY against it. Not sure if you pointed to whatever your SYSTCPD DD if TCPIP would re-open and re-read it, or if you would need to point to another file.
