The SMF 14 and 15 layouts are the same, so there is one implementation for both. This aligns with the IBM SMF macros.

There is a Smf15Record class, but it just extends the Smf14Record class without adding anything. It's basically so you can create a Smf15Record object when you have a type 15 record, but the field names are still the smf14... names.
