Hi, Yes Liberty can be installed on z/OS. It came installed on my system, and the documentation is pretty good (just look for it). Eg Installing Liberty on z/OS <https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/was-liberty/zos?topic=manager-installing-liberty-zos> It is the basis for z/OS SMF, Z/OS explorer, z/OS Connect, MQ Web server and others.
