Your post got me thinking. These relationships were created by SMS,
maybe SMS should be the one to remove them?
I issued 'FRBACKUP CP(copypool) WITHDRAW' and amazingly the
relationships were destroyed.
Spoke too soon. They were *reported* as being destroyed, but they were
not. I could issue the same command over and over with the same results.
In the end, I went into the DS8K HMC itself and used the "rmflash"
command from the CLI to get rid of these "stubborn" relationships...
