Ah, yes, nothing like kicking the can down the road for a problem that could be 
solved for almost nothing if you started early enough and becomes an expensive 
major crisis when dealt with at the last minute. But we've learned our lesson, 
that sort of thing will never happen again and I'm the king of Romania.
