A long time ago I mentioned to a manager some things I'd ask if I was interviewing people for our role. I unexpectedly got to join the interview late on & was asked if I had anything to ask, so asked those things. "Oh, we've already asked that" said the manager. BUT ... the manager didn't have the technical knowledge to assess the quality/usefulness of the answers given. At best those questions made him look informed/thoughful. I never did find out how the candidate answered. -- Jeremy Nicoll - my opinions are my own. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [email protected] with the message: INFO IBM-MAIN ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [email protected] with the message: INFO IBM-MAIN
