In my experience, code reviews (inspections) rarely if ever invent new types of 
stupid. I doubt its true in most industries with the possible exception of gov. 

Any time it's true, it's a sign you should surround yourself with a better 
class of people. That's why you hire an inspector when buying a new house. 
instead of fixing things, they point out everything they find unacceptable.
