> Tried FTP from the Windows command prompt. Same timeout problem. I recently ran into the same or similar issue. After a Windows update, my Windows Defender Firewall was blocking FileZilla. Go to Windows Defender Firewall and click on Allow an app or feature through and find FileZilla in the list and see if it is blocked. Also check the settings for File Transfer Program. Change the settings as necessary.
