Good morning all, I logged into ShopzSeries web site this morning to order RSU service for our z/OS 3.1 systems and was blocked halfway into the order process!
After I got to the part where you upload a new binary file, (shows latest maintenance on our products), I was sent to a blocked web page with this language: Sorry, you have been blocked You are unable to access esw.origins.ibm.net Why have I been blocked? This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks. The action you just performed triggered the security solution. There are several actions that could trigger this block including submitting a certain word or phrase, a SQL command or malformed data. What can I do to resolve this? You can email the site owner to let them know you were blocked. Please include what you were doing when this page came up and the Cloudflare Ray ID found at the bottom of this page. This was from some Cloudflare software security product I guess and has anyone else seen this behavior beside me? This makes it really hard to order software fixes if they now block normal customers.
