Hi!
STARTED class profiles only purpose is to assign a RACF userid to an STC. Thus,
the only relevant information comes from the STDATA segment. UACC and ACL are
completely irrelevant (but beware that ALTER access over a discrete RACF
profile usually gives administrative authority over it, something that you
probably does not want).
