HI, MFNetDisk ran in production using virtual disk and tape and replication and mirroring and many features more. But as far as I know, MFNetDisk did not run production and big sites as banks because it is safer to the workers to run with IBM products with bugs and limited features than to run MFNetDisk. MFNetDisk can share disk and tape among many hosts and in any distance. MFNetDisk support real MF and virtual MF (Hercules and ZPDT and others). It support Linux, Windows and more. I know that even SNAPSHOT backup were used and tested and was remarked positive by users. Anyway MFNetDisk is not active anymore for now because my cost was high. About the future of MFnetDisk...only God know.
