What is the filename if you don't mind sharing.  When you say "enter the filename" what does that mean?   I assume you downloaded a file and are trying to execute ?

Perhaps an `ls -la` of the file would help.

FWIW, I ssh into USS rather than use ishell.  Personally I find ishell clunky relative to a real ssh session for the shell.
