I don't see that in the z/OS Communications server documentation, nor can Google find it as a tnftp command.
Could you be more specific? What I'm trying to do is download files that are EBCDIC, DSORG=PS, RECFM=FB, LRECL=80 on z/OS MVS, and get ASCII text files. Windows FTP gives me CRLF line endings.
