Note that IARV64 GETSTOR has a SVCDUMPRGN=YES/NO keyword.

GETCOMMON also has a DUMP= keyword to dictate when HVCOMM objects are included 
in SVCDUMPs.

It is not clear to me when above the bar storage is included in a dump.

Assuming PC-SS, data owned by the primary but shared with the home, it seems
unpredictable whether above the bar is included (RGN specified)..

Will HCAS & HCNO included only above the bar related to the current asid(s)?
When are these options required?
