There are many shops who have a need or desire to safely share libraries and other files across sysplex boundaries without having to replicate them. Many the years ago, I suggested to IBM that they provide such a feature, only to be told I'm not the first to ask and that it is under consideration. It seems that IBM may provide that feature sometime after I retire.
