Several other plug-ins as/if you'd like: CICS, IMS, MQ, DB2, Debug Tool,
File Manager, Fault Analyzer, etc., etc.

By the way, if you want only the minimalist Eclipse environment sufficient
for then adding the plug-ins you wish (including the Explorer for z/OS and
others), then you can grab what's called the "Eclipse Platform Runtime
Binary" and follow the manual installation instructions, adding the IBM
repository to install from there. I happen to prefer that installation
path, but your mileage may vary. Here's the direct link to the current
version (as I write this), but if you're reading this more than a month or
so after I wrote it, check the Eclipse Web site for a later version.

http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops4/R-4.3.2-201402211700/#PlatformRuntime

This Eclipse download is roughly one quarter the size of the "usual"
Eclipse package. Several more platforms are available.
