I have a copy of something called LOADCOMP in CBT file 860, but haven't used it in ages. It has minor mods, and has comments:

 AUTHOR: LOU P. RIVAS - UCLA/CCN. JUNE 1977
PROGRAM COMPARE FROM CB&T TAPE FILE 149

That file is in the old MVS tapes section of the CBT. The program loads both modules, reading with BSAM and fudging relocation, so it won't work for PDS/Es?
