I have a copy of something called LOADCOMP in CBT file 860, but haven't
used it in ages. It has minor mods, and has comments:

That file is in the old MVS tapes section of the CBT. The program loads
both modules, reading with BSAM and fudging relocation, so it won't work
for PDS/Es?
