Hi Lizette, A couple of years ago, I spoke with another customer at SHARE who did this successfully. As the other threads indicate, the most important action is to size your disk requirements. I'll send you an unofficial document that provides some things to consider when converting from an HSM tape environment to an all disk environment. When you get to V2R1, you should also consider integrating Class Transitions into your strategy also.
