From the SDWA :

SDWACMPC DS    BL3 -   SYSTEM COMPLETION CODE (FIRST 12 BITS) AND
*                      USER COMPLETION CODE (SECOND 12 BITS).

So - the "000BB7" abend code in the message indicates a USER abend code as the 
completion code was in the 2nd 12 bits.

A system abend code of something like 0C4 would be "0C4000"

Ok.  It is not clear to me from the IEC615I message that this is a 'user' abend.
Also, since I am the owner of the '(nameremoved)' module, I know that
it does not issue any ABEND 2999,,,USER  macro.  But  I will research more.
