Hi John,

Please list the GZONE entry from the global zone of SMP.CICSTS51.GLOBAL.CSI to
see if HCTG900 appears in the FMID subentry list.

    SET BDY(GLOBAL).
    LIST GZONE.

You should get a result like:

    GLOBAL    UPGLEVEL       = SMP/E 36.59
                    OPTIONS         = GOPT
                    ZONEINDEX     = CTG900D  DLIB     PINTO.RECORD.VSAM.CSI
                                               CTG900T  TARGET
PINTO.RECORD.VSAM.CSI
                    SREL                = C150

  ===>         FMID                = HCTG900

If HCTG900 is not in the FMID list, SMP/E will not consider it during RECEIVE
ORDER processing.

There are times when the Global zone index list may identify a target zone that
is managed by a different global zone. This might be the case for crosszone
processing purposes. Since this target zone is managed by a different global
zone, the FMIDs installed in this zone may not appear in the Global zone FMID
list for the current global zone that is being processed by the RECEIVE ORDER
command. If the FMID is not in the GZONE FMID list, the PTFs obtained for
these FMIDs cannot be RECEIVEd into this global zone. Therefore, RECEIVE
ORDER will not attempt to obtain PTFs for FMIDs that do not appear in the GZONE
FMID list.
