DO you have a message automation product? That might be the guilty
party.

When it hits the system log, it is:
2014290 01:06:05.99 STC25627 00000090 +DFHMQ0307 CICSPROD
Successful connection to queue manager QMGR.
Notice it drops the date/time after the message id. This not only
happens with these messages, but others as well.
