Yes. If you've tried the new doc site and know how hard it is to get information from it, you wouldn't be asking.
I am still amazed how often people restructure documents, web sites, etc. in the name of improvement without taking into account all the people who have learned to deal with the existing system. Oh, and the new system is frequently no better than the old one.
