I just downloaded the book and glanced through a bit of it. Does anybody else who looked at it find an incomplete index on pages 10 and 11, right after the intro, and before chapter 1?
Just wondering if it is a glitch in my download (I tried it twice) or if it is an error in the book. Thanks.
