I spent some time in a IBM Non-Disclosure meeting on this topic. I've basically said that I would expect a non DB2 Sort to produce EXACTLY the same results as an IN-DB2 Sort

This would not be for DB2 invoked sorts, but rather native Batch DFSORTs (PGM=SORT for DFSORT). Would it be helpful to tell DFSORT to handle Unicode data for Sorts. Any thoughts?
