z/OS RMF, for example, can tell you how much zIIP- and zAAP-eligible
workload you have within currently running workloads as long as you have
PROJECTCPU=YES set. z/OS RMF will not characterize workloads it cannot
measure, particularly including workloads that do not yet run in the z/OS
instance(s) you're monitoring.
