That is the "top page" for all the IBM Education Assistance levels, which is good to bookmark. The other link (http://www-01.ibm.com/software/info/education/assistant/) is for IBM Education Assistant, and won't contain new z/OS modules. I know it's a little confusing, but z/OS has "broken out" of using IBM Education Assistant, and created our own location that fits our needs better. We called it "IBM Education Assistance" to indicate that the goals are the same - which is to deliver small education packets to you. All of z/OS will be on the IBM Education Assistance location. p.s.
