OpenSSH has not been removed from marketing.  Ported Tools OpenSSH version
1.3 (freshened from OpenSSH 5.0p1 to OpenSSH 6.4p1) was announced in
January and is currently available:

In addition, IBM has announced a statement of direction that In z/OS V2.2,
OpenSSH is planned to be provided as a base element, and will provide
Kerberos support:
