Google will answer anything. I found a tablet hat does not have a description for MVS, but for CMS (DOS ON) it says: LIOCS DIAG. Another article https://www.mail-archive.com/ibm-main@bama.ua.edu/msg92290.html calls it the NOP SVC in S/360.
