The IBMVSM health checks can provide information to help you see how close that is to happening. Even installing service could cause this to happen. The IBM Health Checker for z/OS is your friend. If the check output is too obscure (I don't recall if I'd think it is or not), then by all means submit an RFE asking for exactly what data you need.
