briefly (1 or 2 seconds), then redirects to:
https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/v1/sso/login?redirect_url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ibm.com%2Fsupport%2Fknowledgecenter%2FSSLTBW_2.2.0%2Fcom.ibm.zos.v2r2%2Fen%2Fhomepage.html
... which shows only a blank screen.
Should I be surprised?
