I use an ISPF application to generate a receive package job. The dialog has the
user copy/paste the *entire* contents of SERVINFO directly from the Shopz order
into the job stream, meaning that the correct format of the data should be
available in the completed order. All such data is determined by the order
itself. My hash statement looks like this:

hash="C09DC096645274994F8CE70ADC34EE31C53EA455"

So Gil may be right about needing upper case. Again, copy/paste is your friend.

Have you stumbled into one of the few surving programs that thinks hex should
be case-sensitive?

Did you type all that by hand?
