Don't want to turn this into an IE debug session, but under general options I 
would try to delete temporary internet files and cookies (uncheck "preserve
favorites" if you have a bookmark for it).  Also reboot that wonderful
win-doze OS.  That fixes lots of strange problems along the lines of  "it worked
yesterday but not today".  :-)

BTW, I use Firefox for HMC access as it has worked better for me ever since
z196.
