Not that I know of. Customers and ISVs had asked IBM to do add this capability for years and years....
Now that it is available I have yet to run into a customer using this capability. There will be some inertia to overcome. You'll probably need a new contract with any ISV to use monthly SCRT reports. There is a big backend infrastructure that IBM built. (I know because I've emulated their backend to generate estimated invoices in my LCS product).
