Not quite but thanks for trying. The two documents I'm looking for predate the latest method of determining 'printer points' for various printers that then translates into a PSF pricing tier. All of the Announcement letters and references to the earlier docs point only to the latest iteration released in 11/2017.
The latest iteration is based solely on printer throughput in PPM (pages per minute). Previous iterations listed the actual printer make/model and associated printer points whether an IBM or non-IBM printer. I had done a review a while back and determined I could lower my pricing Tier but under the current rules I have to increase my tier (just one printer point over the limit). Unfortunately I no longer have the docs I used to perform the calculation (and neither does IBM) so I'm saddled with backdated charges back to when I lowered my tier rating. Not a ton of money but the boss wants to know why. I should note that Ricoh bought out IBM's printer business so IBM Infoprint xxx printers became Ricoh Infoprint yyy and later Ricoh zzz printers.
