I'm installing new CPC, z14, with HMC 2.14.0
Working on HMC directly I am able to use Single Object Operations (that
means: connect to SE).
However when I connect do HMC remotely the SOO attempt ends with the
following error message:

The page cannot be loaded
Firefox cannot establish connection with server 10.20.30.40:9951 (this
is IP address of HMC, which is normal)
after half minute it changes to the following
Protocol error
Connection to remote system terminated. The remote system reported that
no connection was made to the remote system within acceptable time.
What's wrong with my setup?
