I am still struggling with this question myself. The best I can tell; it is intended to be a framework or set of standards to access existing z/OS APIs (IBM z/OSMF) or create new APIs to access existing z/OS functionality, all done in a web browser; perhaps extending existing z/OS functionally. Currently I am thinking; same stuff, modern interface. Still learning…
