It happens all the time and companies have been getting away with it for
years.
Some of us oldies may have the last laugh because Millenials aren't coming
through with the goods and I think a lot of companies are realisng that
they can just go to the contract market and hire good older people on 6-12
month contracts instead of promising Millenials the dream career path,
which when it doesn't work out in their eyes, they up and leave in search
of the next opportunity to become Mark Zuckerberg.

One of our Millenials said, "wish we could get some younger guys to put in
front of the clients". <sigh>.

I hope our management read this.....Looking forward to a "please explain"
moment.
