They do not.

In really, really pursuing this I found IP addresses incredibly hard to audit 
anywhere downstream from the TN3270 mapping to an LU name.

I don't know the context - TSO sessions?

Some of the RACF type 80s contain an LU name, either as the POE part of the
RUTKN relocate section, or simply  in header field SMF80TRM. I don't think
IP addresses end up in the type 80s, though.

You may also find some TN3270 EZZ6034I messages in your Syslog that map LU
to IP:port, but these are normally only for error or forced logoff
situations unless you are running TN3270 tracing.
